Please read this Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully to understand our terms regarding order cancellation, return, replacement, and refund.
1. Order Cancellation
1.1 Before Dispatch
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
- Once the order is packed or shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
- To request cancellation, please contact us immediately at jisha@glitterbells.com with your order number.
- If the cancellation request is approved before shipping, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
1.2 After Dispatch
- Orders cannot be cancelled after shipment, as the package is already in transit.
- You may refuse delivery if the parcel arrives damaged — please notify us within 24 hours of such refusal.
2. Return and Replacement Policy
We take utmost care in packaging and inspecting each item before dispatch.
However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, we are happy to assist with a replacement or store credit.
2.1 Eligibility for Returns
A return or replacement will be accepted only if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect on delivery.
- You notify us at jisha@glitterbells.com within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- You share clear unboxing videos showing the defect/damage.
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, with tags intact.
2.2 Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:
- Earrings, studs, or ear cuffs (unless damaged or incorrect).
- Items damaged due to improper use, exposure to water, perfume, or chemicals.
- Products returned without original packaging or after 48 hours of delivery.
2.3 Return Process
- Email us at jisha@glitterbells.com with order ID, photos, and reason for return.
- Once approved, our team will guide you on the return shipping process.
- Please ensure safe and secure packaging- damaged returns due to poor packing will not be accepted.
- Once received and inspected, a replacement or store credit will be issued.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Refund for Cancelled Orders
- If you cancel your order before dispatch, a 100% refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- For prepaid orders cancelled after shipment, refunds are not applicable.
3.2 Refund for Returned Products
- We issue refunds only if replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds will be made to the same payment method used for purchase (no cash refunds).
3.3 Store Credits
- In most cases, eligible returns will be compensated with store credit for the same value, valid for future purchases.
4. Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Share unboxing photos/videos and order details.
- Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or store credit.
Please note: slight colour or texture variations due to photography lighting or display settings are not considered defects.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:
- Check your bank or payment app once again.
- Then contact your payment provider (Razorpay, GPay, etc.) — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you still haven’t received it, please contact us at jisha@glitterbells.com for assistance.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Glitter Bells will bear the return shipping cost.
- For all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
7. No Refund Situations
Refunds or replacements will not be provided if:
- The product was used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
- Return request is made after 24 hours of delivery.
- Product returned without original tags, packaging, or invoice.
- Product has minor irregularities typical of handmade or imitation jewellery.
