At Glitter Bells, we’re committed to delivering your favourite jewellery pieces safely and on time.
This page explains our Shipping, Delivery, and Exchange policies in detail.
Please read them carefully before placing your order.

 

1. Shipping Policy

1.1 Delivery Coverage

We currently ship all over India through trusted courier partners such as Blue Dart, DTDC, Delhivery, and India Post (for remote pin codes).

If you wish to place an international order, please contact us at jisha@glitterbells.com to check availability and estimated shipping charges.

 

1.2 Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment verification.
  • During sale periods or festive seasons, processing may take a little longer due to high order volumes.
  • Orders are dispatched only on working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

 

1.3 Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–6 business days after dispatch
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–8 business days
  • Remote Locations: 7–12 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on courier service availability, weather, or unforeseen delays.

 

1.4 Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on selected orders or above a minimum cart value (displayed during checkout).
  • Orders below the free-shipping threshold may attract a nominal delivery fee.
  • Exact shipping cost (if applicable) will be shown before completing your payment.

 

1.5 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with tracking details and courier partner information.
You can track your order status anytime using the provided tracking link.

 

1.6 Delayed or Failed Delivery

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery:

  • If your order is delayed due to courier or regional issues, our support team will assist you.
  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailable customer, or repeated delivery attempts, the order may be returned to us.
    In such cases, reshipping may require an additional delivery fee.

 

2. Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we’re happy to help with an exchange in genuine cases.

2.1 Eligibility for Exchange

You can request an exchange only if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
  • You raise an exchange request within 24 hours of delivery.
  • The product is unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact.

To initiate an exchange, please email us at jisha@glitterbells.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
  • Reason for exchange

 

2.2 Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not offer exchanges for:

  • Earrings, ear cuffs, and studs (for hygiene reasons)
  • Products damaged due to mishandling, exposure to water, perfume, or chemicals
  • Customised or sale items
  • Products reported after 24 hours of delivery

 

2.3 Exchange Process

  1. Once your request is verified, our team will confirm approval by email.
  2. You’ll receive guidance on how to return the product to our warehouse.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your replacement will be dispatched within 5–7 working days.

If the replacement product is unavailable, you may receive a store credit for the same value (valid for 6 months).

 

2.4 Shipping for Exchanges

  • If the exchange is due to a damaged, wrong, or defective product, Glitter Bells will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For all other exchange cases, customers must bear the return shipping charges.

 

3. Packaging and Responsibility

Please ensure products are securely packed in their original packaging before returning them.
We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking for returns.
Glitter Bells will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

 

4. Delivery Address and Updates

Ensure your shipping address, pin code, and contact number are accurate at checkout.
Incorrect information may lead to delivery delays or failed shipments.
If you wish to update your address after placing the order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase.

 

5. Force Majeure

Delays caused by events beyond our control — such as natural disasters, lockdowns, transport strikes, or courier disruptions — do not qualify for refunds or compensation.
We will make every effort to fulfill your order once normal operations resume.
